SHIPPING POLICY

Please note, our cutoff for shipments is 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that we ship via FedEx and DHL and the cost to ship and clear one jar through customs is almost the same as for 4 jars. Please note that you will be responsible to pay local VAT, import duties and country specific charges.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are no longer shipping our products to many international destinations, including the following countries: Mexico, Spain, Portugal and Russia.

We encourage customers in these countries to use a forwarder like Shipito.com to forward their packages. 

ORDERS FROM ITALY

The Italian Ministry of Health has limited the amount each person in Italy can order. Deliveries to Italy can only contain a one month supply of our product for any given month. That means only 3 LEAP2BFit and 1 L-Serine per package!

Ordini dall’Italia: il Ministero della Salute italiano ha limitato l’importo che ogni persona in Italia può ordinare. Le consegne in Italia possono contenere solo un mese di fornitura del nostro prodotto per ogni mese. Ciò significa solo 3 LEAP2BFit e 1 L-Serine per confezione!

ORDERS FROM BRAZIL

Please be aware that there are very high import duties and taxes for our products going to Brazil. They are being taxed with over 200% import fees! We are working on getting a reduction of these costs for Humanitarian reasons. We are very sorry for this additional burden to our customers in Brazil!
